I will only recommend her. She is amazing. Showed us every house, no questions asked, didn’t care that we hadn’t been pre-approved yet. Melinda would meet us with 20 minutes notice to see properties, she went back and forth with our mortgage lender, she was there every step of the way. Melinda really is the ONLY real estate agent, in my eyes!

After buying my first home back in 2013, and then selling it a few years later, I recently bought my current home and I chose them again (and I would every time).
